🚨 VACANCY – FLEET DISPATCHER

📍 Location: Malabe

අපගේ Cab Service කණ්ඩායම සමඟ එක්වීමට පළපුරුදු සහ වගකීම් සහගත Fleet Dispatcher කෙනෙකු අවශ්‍යයි.

🔹 අවශ්‍ය සුදුසුකම්

✅ Cab / Taxi Service ක්ෂේත්‍රයේ අවම වසර 2ක පළපුරුද්දක් තිබීම.

✅ වයස අවුරුදු 25 හෝ ඊට වැඩි ( Male Candidates only )

✅ රියදුරන් සමඟ හොඳින් සන්නිවේදනය හා සම්බන්ධීකරණය කිරීමේ හැකියාව.

✅ දෛනික ගමන් වාර හා රියදුරු කාලසටහන් කළමනාකරණය කිරීමේ හැකියාව.

✅ හදිසි අවස්ථාවන් හා අවසන් මොහොතේ සිදුවන වෙනස්කම් සමඟ කටයුතු කිරීමේ හැකියාව.

✅ මාර්ග සහ ස්ථාන පිළිබඳ හොඳ දැනුමක් තිබීම.

✅ මූලික පරිගණක දැනුම තිබීම අමතර සුදුසුකමකි.

✅ වගකීම් සහගත, වෙලාවට වැඩ කරන සහ කණ්ඩායමක් ලෙස වැඩ කිරීමේ හැකියාව.

* රියදුරන් වෙත ගමන් වාර ලබාදීම හා සම්බන්ධීකරණය කිරීම.

* රියදුරන්ගේ සේවා තත්ත්වය හා ගමන් වාර නිරීක්ෂණය කිරීම.

* රියදුරන් සහ පාරිභෝගිකයන් සමඟ සම්බන්ධීකරණය කිරීම.

* හදිසි ගමන් වාර සහ අවසන් මොහොතේ වෙනස්කම් කළමනාකරණය කිරීම.

* Cab Service මෙහෙයුම් කටයුතු සුමටව පවත්වාගෙන යාම.

* දෛනික ගමන් වාර සහ රියදුරු වාර්තා පවත්වාගෙන යාම.

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Fleet Dispatcher to join our growing Cab Service team.

🔹 REQUIREMENTS

✅ Minimum 2 years experience in the Cab / Taxi Service industry.

✅ Age 25 years and above ( Male Candidates only ).

✅ Good communication and coordination skills.

✅ Ability to coordinate drivers and manage trip schedules.

✅ Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent situations.

✅ Good knowledge of routes and locations.

✅ Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.

✅ Responsible, punctual, and team-oriented.

🔹 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

* Assign and coordinate trips with drivers.

* Monitor driver availability and trip schedules.

* Communicate with drivers and customers.

* Handle trip changes and urgent requests.

* Ensure smooth and timely operation of cab services.

* Maintain daily trip and driver records
