Key Responsibilities

Provide strong academic and administrative leadership to the school.

Develop and implement strategies to improve academic standards and student outcomes.

Lead, motivate, and effectively manage teaching and non-teaching staff. Maintain a positive, disciplined, and student-centered learning environment. Oversee curriculum implementation, examinations, assessments, and academic planning.

Build strong relationships with parents, students, staff, and the wider school community.

Ensure compliance with school policies, procedures, and educational standards.

Manage day-to-day school operations effectively.

Requirements

Degree or equivalent professional qualification in Education or a relevant field. Proven experience in a senior academic or school leadership position.

Strong knowledge of curriculum planning, academic administration, and school management.

Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to lead a diverse team and work effectively under pressure.

Strong commitment to student development and academic excellence.
