The upper floor is without disturbances, just dedicated for the comfortable living of the occupant. The neighbors are intelligent people, nice and quiet residential area. CCTV is operated for your safe and secure stay. Couple of minutes’ walk to the main road and easy access to the grocery store Such as Keels or Cargills Food City
The apartment is consisting of two/three bedrooms, with a sharing bath room and a master bedroom. First Floor has its own separate living room and a Kitchen facility could be arranged for a year longer occupant.
Rent will be RS. 65000- per month (negotiable), excluding water & Electricity.
