Role: As a core part of our startup team, you will handle the heartbeat of our operations:
โข ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฌ๐ญ ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ง๐ข๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง: Manage inquiries via Email, Facebook Messenger, and WhatsApp with professionalism and speed.
โข ๐๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐๐ซ๐๐ซ๐ฒ ๐๐ฅ๐๐ง๐ง๐ข๐ง๐ : Create custom travel itineraries and prepare quotations for international clients.
โข ๐๐จ๐จ๐ซ๐๐ข๐ง๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง: Contact hotels and service providers to secure the best rates and availability.
โข ๐๐-๐ก๐จ๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ฉ๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ๐ญ: Assist with various operational tasks as we grow the business.
Salary & Benefits:
โข ๐๐๐ฌ๐ข๐ ๐๐๐ฅ๐๐ซ๐ฒ: LKR 15,000 - 20,000 (Based on experience).
โข ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ข๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง: An attractive commission will be paid for every tour confirmed.
Work Arrangement:
โข ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ฆ๐๐ซ๐ฒ: ๐๐จ๐ซ๐ค ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฆ ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐ (๐๐๐ฆ๐จ๐ญ๐).
โข Requirement: Must be willing to travel to our physical location (Colombo) for meetings or specific tasks upon request (approx. 1-4 days per month or as needed).
What We Are Looking For:
โข ๐๐ซ๐จ๐๐ข๐๐ข๐๐ง๐๐ฒ ๐ข๐ฌ ๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ: Excellent command of written and spoken English.
โข ๐๐๐๐ก ๐๐๐ฏ๐ฏ๐ฒ: Comfortable using Email, MS Office, and Social Media tools.
โข ๐๐ญ๐ญ๐ข๐ญ๐ฎ๐๐: Self disciplined to work remotely and eager to learn.
โข ๐๐ฑ๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐ง๐๐: Previous experience in Tourism is a BIG plus, but we are happy to train the right Intern/School Leaver.
