JOB OBJECTIVE
To carry out the bulk & straight line productions during the assigned shift while ensuring that the targeted production output is produced within the food safety quality standards in time by effectively and efficiently managing the resources available including manpower by primarily focusing on maintaining the relevant documents & ensuring ISO & 5S standards.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED BY THE JOB HOLDER
Educational Qualifications
-Passed advanced level examination
Professional/Technical Qualifications
-Certificate in Production Management and /or related – Not compulsory
Skills
-Time Management & Planning,
- Supervisory skills, Computer literacy, Positive attitude, Punctuality, Quality of work, Service standards, Communication, Job Knowledge, Initiative & resourcefulness, Flexible, Dependable
Experience At least 1 years’ experience in a similar capacity in the tea industry.
-Candidates residing near Kimbulapitiya, Negombo are preferred.
