The Role
We are looking for Trainee Sales Executives who are ready to build a long-term career in real estate. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn how to work with high-end clients and luxury properties.
Key Responsibilities
* Attend structured training sessions on real estate markets, sales processes, and client handling.
* Support senior agents with follow-ups, inquiry handling, and appointment coordination.
* Learn how to conduct property viewings and communicate professionally with clients.
* Maintain accurate lead information and activity updates in our CRM.
* Represent AKARA with professionalism, energy, and reliability at all times.
Requirements
* Strong communication skills in English.
* Friendly, confident, and eager to learn.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* School leavers and beginners with the right attitude are welcome to apply.
