Ensure proper product placement and visibility across assigned outlets and maintain planogram compliance and update displays as per brand guidelines.
Monitor shelf health: remove expired, damaged, or unsellable products and ensure promotional materials banners, posters, wobblers, shelf strips and other POSM are correctly placed.
Track stock levels and coordinate with store managers to avoid out-of-stock situations facilitate timely replenishment of products based on sales velocity and demand, monitor product rotation to maintain freshness and reduce wastage
Increase the fast-moving SKUs to achieve aggressive sales targets, sales increase during festive periods or product launches, assist in executing in-store promotions, sampling activities, and product launches.
Collect and report sales data, customer feedback, and competitor activity, execute a plan for achieving monthly sales targets.
Build strong rapport with store staff and supervisors to ensure cooperation, act as the brand’s point of contact for merchandising-related queries.
Requirements
Professional qualification in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently with a target-driven mindset.
Should have valid motorcycle driving license.
