Job Description:
Abans PLC is looking for a motivated individual to join the Credit Department as a Trainee Accounts Supervisor. The role mainly involves supporting hire purchase (HP) operations by assisting in arrears monitoring, conducting customer account verifications, and performing field checks to ensure accurate account management and minimize operational risks.
Requirements:
G.C.E. A/L qualification with good analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Certificate, Diploma, Degree, or professional qualification related to Accounting / Finance will be an added advantage
Prior experience in accounting, finance, or credit management will be considered an added advantage
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
