Engine: 12HT Turbocharged 4.0L Inline-6, 12-valve with Snorkel intake In fantastic condition and runs smoothly. All services have been performed regularly and on time.
Transmission: Automatic – We recently refurbished the transmission, and it’s in perfect working order.
Brakes: Brand new brake discs fitted.
Interior: Beautiful brown seats which are in excellent condition. The interior needs some work pertaining to the beading and tinkering but is perfectly functional.
Tyres: Equipped with Mud tyres, which were replaced just two years ago. These heavy-duty tyres are in good condition and will last until 2026, having cost 800,000 LKR. The spare tyre is unused.
Upgraded Mechanics: The mechanics are in top shape and ready for many more miles. We have invested more than 1 million LKR in getting this classic into top mechanical condition which has been our priority more so than body work
Body and Chassis: Chassis in great order. The body needs some work due to corrosion as with the humidity and moisture in Sri Lanka which is normal for a vehicle as old as this one.
This BJ60 has been such a wonderful car. It is with a heavy heart that we are letting it go.
We have travelled the length and breadth of Lanka multiple times without fret in this vehicle.
We would like to find a loving owner for this car who can give it some TLC and return her to her full glory.
