Because we are small, you aren’t just a number in a big brigade. You’ll lead our kitchen with the help of one dedicated assistant, crafting delicious meals for a small group of guests who truly appreciate good food.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Culinary Variety: Prepping a mix of authentic Sri Lankan flavors and classic International favorites.

Kitchen Ownership: Keeping the kitchen organized, managing a small stock, and ensuring everything is fresh and high-quality.

Personal Service: Since we only have 7 rooms, you have the space to ensure every meal is perfect.

Who We’re Looking For:

Versatile Skills: You’re comfortable with both local spices and international techniques.

Matara Local: We’d love to hire someone from our neighborhood.

Reliable & Warm: You enjoy a calm, professional environment and take pride in running your own space.
