TERRITORY SALES OFFICERS / SALES EXECUTIVES

💠 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :

Should have 3 to 4 years of experience in the sales field of the hardware industry

Previous experience in the Roofing material industry will be an added advantage

Applicants should have completed GCE Advanced Level

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

Part qualification in sales & marketing from a recognized University or Institute will be an added advantage

Should possess a valid riding and driving license (for both motorbikes and cars)

Age below 35 years

Self-motivated and target-driven

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships

Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills

Team player with positive attitude

Valid riding and driving license holder

💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐬 :

Formulate & implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets

Build & maintain strong relationships with dealers & end customers to ensure satisfaction & encourage repeat business

Develop & nurture positive relationships with carpenters, architects, contractors & other relevant industry professionals

Conduct house-to-house sales operations, visiting newly built houses & construction sites to generate sales

Maintain excellent relationships with both company & customers

Collect payments in accordance with company policies & within the specified timeframe
