Tender Executive 

Safety Sure is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to identify new opportunities, prepare competitive proposals, and ensure timely submission to secure successful outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Searching procurement portals daily for new tender opportunities (Online/Offline).

- Coordinating with suppliers and manufacturers to gather required

certifications and authorizations.

- Writing clear and technically accurate tender proposals.

- Submitting fully compliant bids before strict deadlines.

- Participation in bid opening whenever possible.

- Following up on all past bids and competitor analysis.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

- 2-3 years of experience in similar sector

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Basic knowledge of Excel and familiarity with tools

- Ability to manage multiple tasks, clients, and deadlines

- Must be proactive, organized, and detail-oriented

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

Degree / HND will be an Added Advantage.
