## 🎯 Key Responsibilities
* Contact prospective customers via telephone to introduce our products and services.
* Generate new leads and arrange appointments when required.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
* Follow up on inquiries and convert potential clients into sales.
* Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
* Achieve daily and monthly sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
## ✅ Requirements
* G.C.E. O/L or A/L qualification (Higher qualifications will be an added advantage).
* Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or sales is an advantage but not essential.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Fluency in Sinhala (English language skills will be an added advantage).
* Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office, email, and internet.
* Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented personality.
