Tele Sales Executive

### Job Overview

We are looking for energetic and target-driven Telesales Executives to join our growing financial services team. The role mainly focuses on outbound calls, customer engagement, and guiding potential customers through the loan application process.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, confidence in speaking with customers, and the ability to achieve daily and monthly conversion targets.

### Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers

* Introduce and explain company loan products clearly

* Follow up customers and encourage successful loan applications

* Maintain good customer relationships and handle basic inquiries

* Record customer feedback and update internal systems accurately

* Work closely with marketing and customer service teams

* Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets

### Requirements

* Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, call center, or financial services is preferred

* Good communication skills in Sinhala

* Tamil and English communication will be an added advantage

* Strong persuasion and negotiation skills

* Basic computer literacy

* Ability to work under targets and deadlines
