Your Responsibilities:
Proactive Outreach: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our diverse portfolio of services (eCommerce, Real Estate, and Event Management).
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Lead Generation: Generate and qualify new leads, and set appointments for the sales team.
Product Knowledge: Clearly explain complex product features and benefits, and tailor sales pitches to customer needs.
Database Management: Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate information.
Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed agreed-upon call quotas and sales targets.
What We Are Looking For:
Exceptional Communication: Fluent in English and Sinhala (Tamil is a plus).
Persuasive Ability: Strong interpersonal, sales, and negotiation skills.
Experience: Proven experience as a Telemarketer or a similar sales role is preferred but not required for exceptional candidates.
Motivation: Self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset and a strong drive for results.
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems, VoIP software, and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
Background: An understanding of our key industry sectors (Real Estate, eCommerce) is a bonus.
