Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain smart boards, computers, mini computers, and related peripherals
Install, configure, and test smart boards and computer systems
Provide technical support and after-sales service to customers
Maintain service records and ensure timely job completion
Requirements:
Certificate/Diploma in IT, Electronics, or a related technical field
Proven experience in repairing smart boards, computers, or similar devices
Good knowledge of hardware, operating systems, and basic networking
Ability to troubleshoot faults independently and efficiently
Willingness to travel for on-site service when required
Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
