• කාර්යාල හෝ වාණිජ ගොඩනැගිලිවල සේවය කිරීමේ පළපුරුද්ද තිබීම වඩාත් සුදුසුය.

Qualifications Required:
• NVQ Level 4 or an equivalent technical qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in A/C, plumbing, and electrical, repairs and maintenance.
• Familiarity with breakdown maintenance.
• Ability to identify and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Experience working in office buildings or commercial properties will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out maintenance and repair work related to A/C, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance of building systems and equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC-related issues.
• Attend to daily technical issues and emergency breakdowns.
• Ensure all maintenance work is performed safely and in accordance with safety procedures and regulations.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
