We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled individual to join our team as a:
TECHNICAL OFFICER
Key Responsibilities
• Handle day-to-day technical and maintenance requirements of our branches.
• Checking, Monitoring of ongoing building construction etc.
• Supervision and quality controlling of all our construction and keeping related records.
• Identify and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical and equipment-related issues.
• Coordinate repairs, servicing and preventive maintenance.
• Supervise external technicians and service providers when required.
• Ensure shop equipment, electrical systems and other facilities are maintained properly.
• Maintain records of repairs, maintenance and technical work.
• Attend urgent technical breakdowns and ensure minimum disruption to shop operations.
• Support the management team with technical requirements and recommendations.
Requirements
• G.C.E. A/L or equivalent qualification.
• Technical qualification such as NVQ / NDT / HNDE / Diploma in Construction or related field will be an advantage.
• Previous experience in a technical/maintenance role will be an added advantage.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel between company branches when required.
• Valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
