Job Profile
• Address on-site breakdowns and technical issues reported via helpdesk or phone.
• Perform routine services on designated machines.
• Identify and resolve in-house and on-site repairs with minimal delay.
• Support machine installation and preparation.
• Ensure the timely completion of preventive services.
• Maintain and update technical documentation as per ISO requirements.
• Keep records for routine services, repairs, and installations.
• Install and set up machines.
• Troubleshoot network-related issues.
Job Requirement
• Successfully completed GCE O/L & A/L in any stream.
• NVQ level 03 or equivalent qualifications.
• Any other qualification in the field of mechatronics, electronics, and network from a recognized institution is considered an added advantage.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the related field.
• Good communication & interpersonal skills.
