• Follow up ongoing repairs and monitor repair completion timelines.
• Prepare repair reports and maintenance updates.
• Coordinate breakdown handling and urgent repair arrangements.
Procurement Coordination
• Communicate with the Procurement Department regarding spare parts and repair requirements.
• Prepare spare part requests and follow up delivery status.
• Assist in obtaining quotations for vehicle repairs and spare parts.
• Maintain records of frequently used spare parts and suppliers.
Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain vehicle maintenance history and repair records.
• Update fuel, service, and repair tracking reports.
• Maintain documentation related to vehicle servicing, insurance, and repairs.
• Submit periodic maintenance status reports to management.
Compliance & Safety
• Ensure vehicles comply with company safety and operational standards.
• Support vehicle-related audit and compliance requirements.
• Monitor cleanliness and operational condition of fleet vehicles.
