Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and reliable Hardware Technicians to join our service team responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Cheque scanner machines and Cheque deposit machines, and Cash deposit Machines across Sri Lanka. The ideal candidates should possess basic knowledge in computer hardware and software, as well as hands-on experience with standard hardware tools.

Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and configuration of cheque scanners, cheque deposit machines and cash deposit machines at client locations (mainly bank branches).
- Perform preventive maintenance and regular servicing of equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair minor hardware/software issues onsite.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of service calls.
- Travel to various sites across Sri Lanka as required.
- Provide basic operational training to clients when necessary.

Candidate Profile:
- Education: G.C.E. O/L qualification minimum. Technical certifications (NVQ, ICT, Electronics, etc.) will be an added advantage.
- Experience: Prior experience in hardware servicing, PC repair, or ATM/CDM maintenance is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Skills Required:
* Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
* Familiarity with hardware tools.
* Ability to understand technical manuals and follow instructions.
* Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Other Requirements:
* Willingness to travel across the country.
* A valid motorcycle or driving license is Mandatory.
* Ability to work independently and in a team.
