ใ~ใโช Minimum 2 years of experience as ATL/TL in AR Collections, Account Management, or Client Services in healthcare RCM or similar roles in international BPO.
ใ~ใโช Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Administration or equivalent qualifications.
ใ~ใโช Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
ใ~ใโช High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
ใ~ใโช Capability to create and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
ใ~ใโช Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.

ใ~ใโช Monitor team performance and maintain KPIs.
ใ~ใโช Act as a liaison between clients, management, and the operations team.
ใ~ใโช Implement best practices to enhance existing workflows and productivity.
