ඔයිස්ටන් (පුද්ගලික) සමාගම 2007 අංක 7 දරන සමාගම් පනතේ අවශ්‍යතාවලට අනුකූලව 2019 දී සීමිත වගකීම් සහිත පුද්ගලික සමාගමක් ලෙස සංස්ථාගත කර ඇත. ඊට සමගාමීව, එය 1987 සමාගම් (ලේකම්වරුන්) රෙගුලාසි යටතේ සමාගම් ලේකම්වරයෙකු ලෙස ලියාපදිංචි කර ඇත. ඊට පසුව 2023 අංක 01 දරන සමාගම් (ලේකම්) රෙගුලාසි යටතේ සමාගම් රෙජිස්ට්‍රාර්වරයා සමඟ නැවත ලියාපදිංචි කරන ලදී.
