Description:
We are a well-established manufacturing company producing learning aids and sports equipment. We are seeking a qualified, detail-oriented, and experienced Tax Consultant to handle all taxation-related operations at our Head Office in Malabe.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and file periodic tax returns including VAT, SVAT, APIT, AIT, and Corporate Income Tax.
Ensure compliance with the Inland Revenue Department (IRD) regulations and RAMIS updates.
Liaise with tax authorities and external auditors for tax assessments and audits.
Provide tax planning and optimization advice to the management.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in corporate taxation in Sri Lanka.
Part qualification in CA Sri Lanka, ACCA, CIMA, or a Degree in Finance/Accounting.
Practical knowledge of RAMIS portal and current Sri Lankan tax laws.
Good communication and analytical skills.
