Supply Chain Assistant

💼 𝐏𝐎𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 : SUPPLY CHAIN ASSISTANT

We are looking for a dynamic and analytical individual who is passionate about transforming data into meaningful business insights. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing internal sales data, understanding consumer and shopper behavior, and leading marketing research initiatives to support strategic decision-making.

💠 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :

1–2 years of experience in procurement or inventory management

Experience in handling Freight & Clearing documentation

Good communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Work experience in an ERP system (Prefer SAP)

G.C.E. A/L qualification

Diploma in Supply Chain Management or a related field is an advantage

Proficient in MS Office (Commanding knowledge in Excel formulas)

Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel formulas

💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐬 :

Assist with procurement and supplier coordination

Prepare purchase orders and follow up inbound deliveries

Maintain inventory and stock records

Support data entry, reporting, and documentation

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth procurement operation

Analyze internal sales data and consumer behavior

Lead marketing research initiatives to support strategic decision-making
