【~】✪ G.C.E. O/L qualification (minimum)

【~】✪ Minimum 02 years working experience in the Food Industry

【~】✪ Proven supervisory or team leadership experience in a food service environment

【~】✪ Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

【~】✪ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

【~】✪ Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively

【~】✪ Flexibility to work in rotating shifts

【~】✪ Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations

【~】✪ Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally

【~】✪ Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management for stock replenishment

【~】✪ Assist in staff training and performance management

【~】✪ Prepare reports and assist in administrative tasks as required

【~】✪ Full-time supervisory position at Bread Talk Sri Lanka – Lipton / Rajagiriya

【~】✪ Working Hours: 09 hours per day

【~】✪ Shift Options:

• 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

【~】✪ Off Days: 06 days off per month
