About the role

Spring & Summer is looking for talented individual to join our Negombo store as a Supervisor

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a similar capacity

- Keep the store and visual merchandising to a phenomenal

standard

- Lead, coach and motivate staff to drive sales

- Ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all times

- Ability to carry out back office administration with knowledge

in MS Office

- Good Communication skill (English average knowledge Written

and Understand)

- Age below 35

- Three passes for A/L s
