Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities at project sites.
• Ensure work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and maintain accurate site records.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Conduct quantity measurements and verify completed work.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource management.
Requirements
• Diploma, Higher National Diploma (HND), National Diploma (NDT), NVQ Level 5/6, or an equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in building construction projects.
• Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site supervision.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Good communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• A valid riding or driving license will be an added advantage.
