Duties & Responsibilities
Assess vehicle damage, identify repair requirements, and coordinate with insurance assessors for approvals.
Manage parts and resources, ensuring timely ordering, availability, and efficient use for repairs.
Oversee repair operations, ensuring jobs are completed on time, meet quality standards, and achieve monthly targets.
Support and supervise technicians, provide technical guidance, and improve team performance through feedback and training.
Ensure compliance and control, including safety standards, proper tool maintenance, and accurate documentation (job cards, invoicing, salvage handling).
Coordinate and communicate, conduct daily meetings to address progress, delays, and operational issues.
Qualifications & Experience
Preferably NVQ Level V from NAITA
Leadership / management skills
Excellent communication skills
The ability to train and guide subordinates
3 - 5 years of experience in a reputed multi-brand workshop and workshop management experience
