Supervisor
This position ensures that all housekeeping, maintenance, and administration functions are managed properly, including service requests, common area cleaning, and coordinating with occupants, as required.
Job Role
• Coordinating the daily housekeeping operations
• Planning and leading monthly preventative maintenance walk-rounds
• Promotes a safe working environment; ensures all work is completed adhering to standards
• Work closely with relevant departments in resolving issues and concerns
• Maintain accurate records for all services performed
• Make regular building inspections and forward the recommendation for rectification
Candidate Profile
• Full or part qualification in the relevant field (Facilities Management preferred)
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar capacity
• Ability to multitask and work without supervision
• Excellent communication skills and great attention to detail
• Outgoing and positive attitude
