💼 𝐏𝐎𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 : Supervisor – Operations (Night Shift)

💠 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 : | # 💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 :

【~】✪ 4–6 years of experience in revenue cycle management (RCM) or supervisory experience in a BPO/customer-centric organization.

【~】✪ Degree in Business Management.

【~】✪ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

【~】✪ Proven experience managing a team of 20–30 individuals.

【~】✪ Age below 35 years.

【~】✪ Open to work according to standard US hours and calendar.

【~】✪ Implement, manage, and improve operational processes.

【~】✪ Maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and senior management.

【~】✪ Provide detailed quality assurance feedback and conduct performance appraisals.

【~】✪ Coordinate with Team Leads and Assistant Team Leads to ensure smooth daily operations.
