Golden Tower Residency is looking for a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our construction team and manage site operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and supervise construction workers

- Select tools, materials & negotiate with vendors for best rates

- Ensure health & safety standards are strictly followed

- Interpret contracts and technical drawings

- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders

- Manage logistics of materials and equipment

- Resolve site delays and unforeseen issues

Qualifications:

✅ Minimum 3–4 years of experience

✅ Relevant academic qualifications
