ใ~ใโช Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
ใ~ใโช Proven experience managing a team of 20โ30 individuals.
ใ~ใโช Age below 35 years.
ใ~ใโช Open to work according to standard US hours and calendar.

ใ~ใโช Manage team performance while ensuring operational targets and quality standards are achieved.
ใ~ใโช Train and guide new agents on relevant processes.
ใ~ใโช Implement, manage, and improve operational processes.
ใ~ใโช Maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and senior management.
ใ~ใโช Provide detailed quality assurance feedback and conduct performance appraisals.
ใ~ใโช Coordinate with Team Leads and Assistant Team Leads to ensure smooth daily operations.
