Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of store employees.

• Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve customer complaints.

• Monitor staff attendance, performance, and productivity.

• Assign work schedules and delegate tasks effectively.

• Ensure shelves are fully stocked, clean, and attractively displayed.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.

• Conduct regular stock checks and minimize stock losses or shrinkage.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in retail or supermarket operations.
