Supermarket Manager
Key Responsibilities
✍ Assist the Outlet Manager in the daily operations of the supermarket
✍ Supervise and guide store staff to ensure excellent customer service
✍ Monitor stock levels, merchandising, and product displays
✍ Ensure proper inventory control and minimize wastage
✍Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
✍Support sales targets and operational efficiency of the outlet
✍Ensure compliance with company policies and retail standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, marketing, or related field
• Prior experience in management and supervisory roles, sales, marketing, or customer service
• Adept at mathematics and finance; able to balance budgets
• Strong time management skills; ability to multitask effectively
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis.
