SITC Campus is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Study Abroad Manager to lead our student recruitment and admissions operations.
The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting Sri Lankan students who wish to pursue higher education in International, from their first enquiry until successful enrolment and departure.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel Sri Lankan students interested in studying in Malaysia, Singapore, UK, Canada.
Guide students in selecting suitable universities and programs
Handle university applications, admissions and offer letters
Coordinate student documentation and EMGS / student visa processes
Communicate with Malaysian universities and education partners
Follow up with prospective students and parents
Manage student admissions from enquiry to enrolment
Coordinate pre-departure guidance for students
Requirements:
Previous experience in Study Abroad / Overseas Education / Student Recruitment preferred
Experience with Malaysian university admissions and EMGS processes will be a major advantage
Strong English communication and correspondence skills
Excellent student counselling, sales and follow-up abilities
Ability to communicate confidently with students and parents
Leadership and team-management skills
Target-oriented and capable of independently managing the division
Existing relationships with international universities will be an added advantage
