ใ~ใ Diploma/Degree/Certificate in Warehouse Management, Supply Chain, or related field
ใ~ใ 4โ6 years of warehouse experience (medical device/pharma preferred)
ใ~ใ Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO and batch/lot traceability
ใ~ใ Familiar with inventory/ERP systems (SAP B1)
ใ~ใ Good organizational and documentation skills
ใ~ใ Physically fit and detail-oriented
ใ~ใ Basic knowledge of ISO 13485 requirements (added advantage)
ใ~ใ Proactive and able to manage tasks independently

ใ~ใ Maintain FIFO/FEFO system for stock rotation
ใ~ใ Store products under required environmental conditions
ใ~ใ Compliance with Good Housekeeping Practices
ใ~ใ Maintain accurate inventory and stock records
ใ~ใ Monitor expiry dates and prevent use of expired items
ใ~ใ Control nonconforming products as per QMS procedures
ใ~ใ Prepare and verify materials for dispatch
ใ~ใ Maintain warehouse documentation as per ISO 13485 requirements
