We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Store Operations Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

⭕ Manage and process invoices accurately.

⭕ Handle Goods Received Notes (GRNs) and supplier documentation.

⭕ Process customer and supplier returns efficiently.

⭕ Supervise a team responsible for receiving and moving goods into the billing area on time.

⭕ Ensure stock is received, checked, and made available for billing without delays.

⭕ Maintain a clean, organized, and well-managed store environment.

⭕ Coordinate with the warehouse and sales teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

⭕ Previous experience in store operations, inventory, or warehouse management.

⭕ Knowledge of invoicing, GRNs, and returns processes.

⭕ Strong leadership and team supervision skills.

⭕ Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

⭕ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

⭕ Good communication and problem-solving skills.
