Responsibilities
Support the day-to-day store operations by receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining inventory in an organized and accurate manner. Ensure timely stock movements, maintain proper records, conduct routine stock counts, and coordinate with internal teams to support operational requirements while adhering to company procedures.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in storekeeping, inventory, warehouse, or logistics operations.
Experience in logistics or supply chain operations will be an added advantage.
G.C.E. A/L or an equivalent qualification (no degree required).
Basic knowledge of inventory handling, stock control, and warehouse operations.
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, or other inventory management tools will be an added advantage.
Understanding of FIFO and stock counting procedures.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic computer literacy with the ability to maintain records and prepare simple reports.
Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Please note that the selected candidate will be required to work from the Seeduwa location temporarily for the initial few months before being transferred to Kurunegala.
