Storekeeper
๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ :
๐น Minimum 1โ2 years of experience as a Storekeeper in a hotel or restaurant
๐น Sound knowledge of Food Safety and HACCP standards
๐น Computer literacy with Microsoft Excel and basic inventory/stock management software
๐น Strong organizational, record-keeping, and multitasking skills
๐น Honest, responsible, punctual, and able to work under pressure
๐ ๏ธ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ :
๐ธ Receive, inspect, and organize incoming goods (dry, chilled, and frozen)
๐ธ Maintain accurate inventory records and daily stock logs
๐ธ Conduct regular stock counts and report inventory variances
๐ธ Ensure FIFO procedures, hygiene, and food safety standards are consistently followed
๐ธ Coordinate with the Purchasing and Kitchen teams for requisitions and stock replenishment
๐ธ Monitor expiry dates and report slow-moving or expired items
