• වෘත්තීයමය, ආදරවත්, දැනුවත් සේවාවක් සපයන්න.
• පාරිබාහික අවශ්යතා හඳුනාගෙන, නිවැරදි නිෂ්පාදන හා විසඳුම් නිර්දේශ කරන්න.
• නිවැරදි ගබඩා කිරීම, නිර්දේශ කිරීම, ටැග් කිරීම සහ ලේඛන නිවැරදිව පවත්වාගන්න.
• ශක්තිමත් පරිපාලන, සන්නිවේදන හා අලෙවිකරණ හැකියාවන් ඇති.
• භාණ්ඩ ඇසුරුම් කිරීම.
•බිල්පත් සැකසීම සහ පාරිභෝගික ප්රශ්න වලට පිළිතුරු දීම.
• එන භාණ්ඩ හොඳෙන් නඩත්තු කරන්න, කළමණාකරණයට දැනුම් දීම.
අවශ්යතා:
• භාණ්ඩ නම, ප්රමාණ හා මානයන් කියවීමේ හැකියාව.
• කුමන හෝ වසරක අත්දැකීම් තිබීම.
• උද්යෝගිමත් බව ප්රමුඛ ස්ථානයකින්.
• අපේක්ෂා කරන ගුණාංග: විශ්වාසනීය, සම්භාව්ය, වගකීමෙන් යුතු.
• වැඩි වේගයෙන් ක්රියාත්මක වීමට කැමැත්ත.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
•Provide professional, courteous, and knowledgeable customer service.
•Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
•Maintain proper stock handling, replenishment, tagging, and inventory accuracy.
•Strong interpersonal, communication, and sales skills.
•Professional discipline, and reliability.
•Packing, loading and unloading goods.
• Handle billing and customer queries.
• Organise the store neatly.
• Monitor stock levels and inform management when reordering is required.
Requirements:
•Ability to read item names, quantities, and measurements
•Minimum 1 year of experience in wholesale or retail sales. (Preferred)
• Honest, organized, and responsible
• Willingness to work in a fast paced environment.
