Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and record the usage of paper, raw materials, and other inventory items to ensure accurate stock control.
• Issue materials, reels, and other required items to the production department according to approved requests.
• Maintain and update Bin Cards and stock records to reflect accurate inventory balances.
• Oversee container unloading activities and ensure proper documentation and record keeping of received goods.
• Assist in maintaining compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, FSC COC, and WRAP standards and procedures.
Requirements
• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is required.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Male candidates are preferred.
