📋 Key Responsibilities
As a Stores Assistant, you will play a vital role in our daily operations by:
- Preparing GRN (Goods Received Notes) for incoming stock and accurately entering data into our system.
- Conducting thorough and precise inspections of all received goods.
- Seamlessly coordinating with both our warehouse and purchasing departments.
- Maintaining precise, up-to-date records and documentation for all store inventory.
🎓 What We Are Looking For
- Strong computer literacy.
- Foundational knowledge of inventory control systems.
- Prior experience in a supermarket, warehouse, or stock management environment is highly preferred (considered a major advantage!).
- Location requirement: This position is ideally suited for candidates residing in Polgasowita, Kesbewa, or surrounding areas.

📋 ප්රධාන වගකීම්
ස්ටෝර්ස් සහායකයෙකු ලෙස ඔබගේ දෛනික රාජකාරීන්:
- ලැබෙන භාණ්ඩ පිළිබඳව GRN සටහන් සකස් කර ඒවා නිවැරදිව පද්ධතියට (System) ඇතුළත් කිරීම.
- ලැබෙන සියලුම භාණ්ඩවල තොරතුරු සහ ගුණාත්මකභාවය නිවැරදිව පරික්ෂා කිරීම.
- ගබඩා (Warehouse) හා මිලදී ගැනීමේ (Purchasing) අංශ සමඟ මනා සම්බන්ධීකරණයකින් කටයුතු කිරීම.
- ගබඩාවේ ඇති සියලුම භාණ්ඩ පිළිබඳ වාර්තා හා ලේඛන නිවැරදිව පවත්වාගෙන යාම.
🎓 අවශ්ය සුදුසුකම්
- මූලික පරිගණක දැනුම.
- තොග පාලන පද්ධති (Inventory Control Systems) පිළිබඳ අවබෝධය.
- සුපිරි වෙළඳසැල්, ගබඩා හෝ තොග කළමනාකරණ ක්ෂේත්රයේ පූර්ව පළපුරුද්දක් තිබීම විශේෂ සුදුසුකමක් (අමතර වාසියක්) වේ.
- පදිංචිය: පොල්ගස්ඕවිට, කැස්බෑව හෝ ඒ අවට ප්රදේශවල පදිංචි අයදුම්කරුවන් විශේෂයෙන් සලකා බලනු ලැබේ.
