Stock Control Clerk

Invoicing and stock-control function of a tourist bungalow with 12 rooms in Hatton. Knowledge of the MS Office suite, with excellent proficiency in Excel, and prior experience are expected. Maintaining BIN cards, both physically and in a computer system, would be an important part of the function. The candidate is expected to help out with housekeeping work when not involved in office work. Continuous feeding of stock position and the stock replenishment requirement to the purchasing dept is a vital expectation. A pleasing personality with good command of English expected as the candidate meets with the guests on arrival and attends to guest onboarding.
