### Job Responsibilities
* Assist in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, restaurant, and service areas.
* Wash and clean dishes, cutlery, kitchen equipment, and utensils.
* Ensure proper storage and handling of cleaning materials and equipment.
* Support kitchen and restaurant staff with daily operational duties.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety.
* Dispose of waste properly and keep work areas organized.
* Follow hotel policies, health and safety regulations, and hygiene standards.
* Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
### Qualifications
* *Hotel School Certificate* in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or a related field.
* Previous hotel or restaurant experience is an advantage.
* Basic knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards.
* Good teamwork and communication skills.
* Physically fit and able to work in a busy environment.
* Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
* Responsible, punctual, hardworking, and well-presented.
