Make customers feel welcome and guide them to their tables.
Listen to customer orders, ensure accuracy, and communicate any special requests to the kitchen or bar staff.
Deliver orders to the table, ensuring the presentation and temperature of the food are correct.
Set up and clear tables in a timely and organized manner and ensure dining area is clean, tidy, and ready for the next customers.
Follow hygiene and safety guidelines to maintain a safe dining environment.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬
Previous experience in F&B service is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of food handling and hygiene.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Must able to speak and understand both English and Sinhala.
