Requirements:

Fluent in English.

At least 2 years of administrative experience in hotels or guesthouses.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist guests with check-in & check-out

Handle reservations and guest inquiries with a smile

Manage phone calls and emails professionally

Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
