【~】✪ Diploma or higher qualification in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

【~】✪ Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the same capacity at a 4-star class hotel.

【~】✪ Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to supervise, motivate, and train kitchen staff.

【~】✪ Strong focus on kitchen discipline, efficiency, and food quality.

【~】✪ Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and English.
