අවශ්‍ය සුදුසුකම්:

* ඉදිකිරීම් වැඩබිම් අධීක්ෂණය පිළිබඳ වසර 05ක හෝ ඊට වැඩි පළපුරුද්ද.

* ඉදිකිරීම් සැලසුම් සහ තාක්ෂණික ඇඳීම් කියවා අවබෝධ කරගැනීමේ හැකියාව.

* සේවක කණ්ඩායම් සහ උප කොන්ත්‍රාත්කරුවන් සම්බන්ධීකරණය කිරීමේ හැකියාව.

* ඉදිකිරීම් ද්‍රව්‍ය කළමනාකරණය සහ වැඩබිමේ දෛනික ප්‍රගතිය අධීක්ෂණය කිරීමේ පළපුරුද්ද.

* කාර්යයේ ගුණාත්මකභාවය සහ වැඩබිමේ ආරක්ෂාව පිළිබඳ මනා අවබෝධය.

* වගකීමෙන් සහ විශ්වාසනීයව කටයුතු කිරීමේ හැකියාව.

SITE SUPERVISORS — COLOMBO & ANURADHAPURA

Axis Design & Build is seeking experienced Site Supervisors for construction projects in Colombo and Anuradhapura.

Requirements:

* Minimum 5 years of construction site supervision experience.

* Ability to read construction drawings and technical plans.

* Experience coordinating workers, subcontractors, and materials.

* Strong understanding of construction quality, site safety, and progress reporting.

* Reliable, responsible, and capable of managing day-to-day site activities.
