ප්රධාන වගකීම්
* සමාගමේ Site Inspection තොරතුරු අනුව ව්යාපෘති ස්ථාන වෙත ගොස් පරීක්ෂා කිරීම.
* අදාළ laying team සමඟ සම්බන්ධීකරණය කර බිම් සකස් කිරීම, මට්ටම් කිරීම සහ නිසි Compaction කිරීම අධීක්ෂණය කිරීම.
* Paving blocks ඇතිරීම සහ අවසන් නිමාව නිසි ගුණාත්මකභාවය, මට්ටම් සහ ආනතීන් (slope) අනුව සිදුවන බවට අධීක්ෂණය කිරීම.
* පාරිභෝගිකයන් සමඟ හොඳින් සම්බන්ධීකරණය කර අවසන් වැඩ කටයුතු ඔවුන්ගේ අපේක්ෂාවන්ට අනුව සිදු කිරීම.
අවශ්ය සුදුසුකම්
* ඉදිකිරීම්, Paving හෝ Site Supervision පිළිබඳ පළපුරුද්දක් තිබීම අමතර සුදුසුකමක් වේ.
* Construction / Civil Engineering ක්ෂේත්රයේ NVQ Level 4 හෝ ඊට සමාන වෘත්තීය සුදුසුකමක් තිබීම අමතර සුදුසුකමකි
* Road Construction පිළිබඳ පළපුරුද්ද අමතර වාසියකි.
* බිම් සකස් කිරීම, මට්ටම් කිරීම සහ Compaction පිළිබඳ හොඳ දැනුමක් තිබීම.
* හොඳ සන්නිවේදන හා පාරිභෝගික සම්බන්ධතා කුසලතා.
* වලංගු යතුරුපැදි රියදුරු බලපත්රයක් තිබීම අනිවාර්ය වේ.
* විවිධ ව්යාපෘති ස්ථාන වෙත ගමන් කිරීමට හැකියාව තිබීම.

Site Supervisor – Paving Works
Samren Holdings (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
* Visit and inspect project sites according to the company’s site inspection details.
* Coordinate with the assigned laying team and supervise ground preparation, levelling and compaction.
* Supervise paving block laying and finishing works to ensure proper quality, levels and slopes.
* Coordinate with customers and ensure the completed work meets their expectations.
Requirements
* Experience in construction, paving or site supervision will be an added advantage.
** NVQ Level 4 or equivalent qualification in Construction / Civil Engineering
* Experience in road construction will be an added advantage.
* Good knowledge of ground preparation, levelling and compaction.
* Good communication and customer-handling skills.
* Valid driving licence is required.
* Willingness to travel to different project sites.
